very poor customer service
( - 9/8/05)I have to say the GL2 is a good camera. But if you need cleaning or anything is wrong with the camera their customer service department is the worst I have ever seen. First they will not even give you a quote over the phone for any work that needs to be done. Then you have to send it to either Calif. or New Jersey for repairs no matter how minor. Once there it takes forever to find out about your equipment and then the prices for fixing it are outrageous. You can never get a straight answer from anyone. The camera when is working is outstanding. I really liked it. But because of the customer service I will be switching to a Sony.
