Problems with Start/Stop Rewind/FF

This is the second time within a year that this camera's start/stop rewind/ff clutch has broken. $400 a pop. With less than 10 hours of use in between. I love the quality images, but this is ridiculous. I love my little Sony. If I consider another Canon, I will definitely read more about problems. I like too that on this page I see the last 2 reviews have had similar problems. Buyer beware of lots of repair costs.
