Editors' Comments

Canon's HR10 camcorder allows the average user to take full-spec high resolution home movies, and make the most of their home HDTV setup. If you've got a brand new plasma or LCD HDTV, it only makes sense that you'd want to upgrade the videos you take of your family as well. The HR10 will do just that, and even offers a 24p "Cinema Mode" which gives your home movies a cinematic look, just like a real film. The HR10 records to DVDs, viewable in modern Blu-Ray or other AVCHD compatible DVD players, though you can also connect it directly to your TV through an HDMI cable.
