Here's a complete list of compatible camcorders: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1014 . But the list is incomplete and is always being updated (but doesn't contain camcorders that haven't been released or newly released). So, I'm 99% sure it will be supported, just because all the other Canon HD camcorders are, you shouldn't have any problems.
