Cost of repair service makes this camera a disposable camera
(John - 11/18/06)The camera is good as long as you have an extended warranty!!! Just after the warranty ran out, the rewind button stopped working. $260.00 to repair, 14 days later the same problem occurred. I was told not to push the rewind button so hard. It has now died a third time. I am now using the remote to rewind it. I am looking for a parts supplier for Canon parts. I live in Western Canada.
