The Pure Digital Flip Video Ultra continues along the simple path laid out by the first Flip Video camcorders: keep it simple, low-key, and provide quick and easy service for consumers. The basics are the same, but the capacities are not. The Flip Video Ultra is now available in 1GB and 2GB versions, providing 30 and 60 minutes of recording time, respectively. You won't been getting the highest-quality video possible (the Ultra will only record VGA-quality), but that's not the point, is it? This is the camcorder for YouTube auteurs and people who prefer to take short clips for e-mailing or sharing with friends. It's small, cheap, and effective. Check them out.
