How can you get the footage you shot with JVC GZ MC200 in HD, from AVCHD?

I know the footage that you record with JVC GZ Mc200 gets converted to AVCHD. How can I get the files as HD and not AVCHD?

Thanks!

Like your other questions, AVCHD IS HD. It's an HD Codec. If you want to convert it to something else, you could try MPEG Streamclip. But to get it off your camera, you'll need to use the software that comes with your camera.
