Editors' Comments
The Panasonic PV-GS65 is the lowest-priced Panasonic camcorder yet to offer three separate image sensors for improved color accuracy and picture quality. In addition to high quality video, the Panasonic GS65 can also record 1.2 megapixel still images onto a Secure Digital card. A 10x optical zoom delivers good telephoto power, and a 2.5" LCD screen makes setting up and reviewing video easy.
Panasonic PV GS65 Comments & Questions (write your own!)
Tapeless camcorders can be connected via USB 2.0, but miniDV is still a firewire operation. If Panasonic has a dock for the camera which comes with a firewire option, then you're in business.
You may be able to try a Bridge like the Pinnacle Movie Studio for MAC. That may work.
Thanks for the help.
Yes, I have the Firewire cable, but my Mac is giving me an error. I guess I will have to buy a cable for my PC and try from there.
Thanks
You may also try downloading the update for iLife vs. 1.1.1, which s"upports system software components shared by all iLife '08 applications, improves overall stability, addresses a number of other minor issues, and supports general compatibility issues. It is recommended for all users of iLife '08."
Any help with this greatly appreciated.

of [SETUP] >> [12bit AUDIO]. If you can alter this to 16 bit, you may have better luck. I ran into this issue with my sharp camcorder and OSX. I ended up having to buy a new camera (Canon ZR70) to solve the problem.
