overall a great package
(Steve - 11/29/06)If you are not a pro and want the ability to shoot HD in an instant then this is for you. I have had other cameras over the last 10 years so when the time came to change I was looking for something compact, HD and good value. I looked at the Panasonic and the Sony equivalents and tried all three side by side. The overall quality and price offering by the Sanyo won out over the its very expensive competitors. So now I have a great time capturing my family and watching on the 42" plasma in HD. Dont forget that this camera is not a pro camera, if you can remember that then you will be rewarded.
