Excessive Repair Charges - Broken Lens Cover
( - 6/20/06)Three weeks after the 1 year warranty was up, the lens cover did not open. We sent it to Sony for repair and was charged $369 - just to replace the lens cover. We were extremely disappointed in the costumer service from Sony repair. We will not purchase another Sony product because of it!
