SONY DOES NOT LIVE UP TO WARANTY

Close to $800.00 and after very little usage and three month's of ownership the charger burn out. I purchased a new Sony battery thinking it was the battery and found out the charger is bad. Sony did not want to replace it but fix it. I agreed but when I told them I would not pay for the shipping they agreed to pay for it but now it is 11 days since it was mailed back to them and SONY states it has not received the charger back. Sony lost me as loyal customer and I wish everyone would read this so they may choose a responsible manufacturer they are many camcorder less expensive with more features and less expensive.
