Such a shame

This is a masterpiece of electronic engineering. It worked well in everything I asked t to do. My only gripe is why in heaven's name did Sony not put a eye viewer on it?...Take this camera out on a hot sunny day, and there is no way you will see what you are viewing. The LCD screen goes a dirty white, and its not viable in viewing in the sun. So that means one is only guessing what the lens sees, and I tell you, my first attempt at filming was a complete disaster. I only hope, after spending all the money on it, I will have better luck next time, but I doubt it...Incidentally, the newer models have the viewer back on again...I was silly to buy it, I should have waited for the next models.OK on a dull day, but not in the sun!...
