Hi, MEHJABIN.
I am not a 100% sure, but it could be either your editing software that might have the audio not set correctly for play back, or it could be the way you imported your video.

If you want to shoot video and then edit it to take out wasted scenes, add titles and music, etc., you're taking a hit in video quality by shooting native with a hard drive based camcorders. While convenient, tend to record in MPEG2 (only JVC gives you an option to record in AVI) a compressed format.

Some editors will handle it, but chances are you will have to "re-encode" (also called demuxing) the footage into an editable format. It's a hassle for those of us who wish to edit our videos as a hobby.

As for simply viewing them on a computer, I always like to recommend VLC Media Player by Videolan. Free, open source. Plays just about anything with a video signal.

I'm thinking this may be an issue of recording the audio at an incorrect mhz. I had a similar issue with my MAC and a JVC camcorder. Turned out I had recorded the audio at 12 mHz when it needed to be at 16 mHz for the MAC to pick up the sound.

So check your audio settings for an option that allows you to record at a different/higher mHz.

BTW - If you're happy with the answer you received, you can simply click on "Mark for best answer" bubble and it will close out the question. Thanks for posting it and Good luck!
