I both a camera DCR-SR80 and is not compatible for mac computer only if I buy the software ,this ridcuilos need to pay for ? Anyone knows a free downl

I bought a camera Dcr-sr 80 and software only for windows and my computer is Mac and the camera is not compatible with mac and pixela charges for the software.
Anyone knows a free software website we can donwload the software
for free compatible with mac ?

Well, Mac has a camcorder compatibility page which shows what cameras are compatible with Mac software. You can't really blame Sony for choosing not to support what amounts to 5% of the market. You may be able to update your software to Leopard and have it pick it up, but IIRC, you have to have an Intel Mac to support it.
