Don't bother with manufactures camcorder software, there usually useless. But if you still want it, then go to Sony's official site and download it from there. If you can't, then it means you have to buy it.

You are better off buying a third party download video conversion software that offers much more for your camcorder at the same price or less. Some even offer some editing capabilities as well as multiple options for converting video file for many applications including making DVDs.
