What is the best way to add night vision to this camera or anything that would give it flash in nights?

As we all probably and should know the flash lens wash stripped off this camera so its best used for daytime. but sometimes you may want to use it during the night maybe for picture taking if not for video recording. there are so many accessories out there that i dont know which one is best suited for this camer and to fullfill my needs for a flash.

Kip Kay has a great video on hacking an old video camera to become a night vision IR rack. So far, best option I've found.

not really an answer to my problem- im just lookin for some light at night but the other post helped me a bit with the http://www.camerabright.com/ site!!
