The problem is that you're recording the audio unmixed. As such, it's coming in "hot" and distorted. What I would suggest is that you ask the sound engineer doing the concert if you can patch into their system so you are recording the audio mixed. If that isn't a possibility, you're stuck. Sorry.

Hey there, I have videos of hundreds of bands up on youtube.( Check user Mitch26) There's a very easy fix for you. First stay back a bit and away from the speakers. Then if your camera has one go into your audio menu and turn your wind screen on. That should fix the problem, it's always worked for me. You'll lose a bit off the bottom bass but as long as there's not a lot of folks around you talking your audio performance should be pretty good.
btw if you don't have a wind screen setting I'd suggest putting a small piece of foam in front of the microphone, it should help.

Basically you are too close to the speakers. The Sound Pressure is to much for the microphone. Its normal for any microphone to do that if its to close to any loud sounds. Just get a bit farther from the sound source. It will doi it especially on bass notes. But I found that this camera handles higher SPL levels better than any camera i used so far. You must be right on the speakers or must be in a super loud envirnment.
