every time we put a cassette tape into our sony camcorder DCR-TRV480E it wont play and it beeps can you help

we have a sony camcorder DVC-TRV480E every time we load a tape in it wont play and it bleeps also we have tried everthing for trouble shooting from the manual

You may have some condensation in the camera which much be removed. Leave the camera on for an hour or so without the tape into it. Also recommend trying to clean the heads with a recommended head cleaner. On the slightly silly side, make sure the tape is rewound. And see if the problem replicates in other cameras, with using the A/C adapter, different tapes, etc. In other words, you want try eliminating the tape, the camera, the power supply, etc. until you've homed in on what seems to be the culprit.

And if you've tried everything, you may want to contact Sony for service recommendations.

If it is condensation, here's a solution I read in the Washington Post recently: a reporter who accidentally dropped his Blackberry in the toilet was able to retrieve it and dry it out to working order again: by leaving it turned off in a bowl of uncooked rice. Reader Chris writes in to say:

There's a grain of truth (punny, huh?) to this in that rice quickly sucks up the surrounding moisture. Make sure the environment is free from excess humidity, drop the wet device in a container of rice and let it sit. For a better desiccant, it'd be a good idea to store all those little silica gel packets that come in anything from shoe boxes to moisture-sensitive gadgets.
