Best Point-And-Shoot Cameras

The camera in its simplest form, point-and-shoot cameras are still quite common today for their size and ease of use. You don't have to be a photographer—or even know much about photography at all—to take advantage of one of these little cameras, you just point and shoot (hence the name!). These cameras are ultra compact and while they are easy to use, they still include a variety of features like scene modes, digital filters, HD video and more. If you want to take a step up in image quality or have more control over the final image, take a look at the advanced compact category too. The best point-and-shoot cameras will be easy to use and relatively inexpensive, yet be able to produce good images. We've listed some of our favorites, including ultra-compacts and a few low price advanced compacts, below.
