Canon xsi
(wanderjahrs - 3/4/09)I bought this camera 1 month ago and it has already paid for itself. A couple years ago I bought a Sony 8 megapixel point and shoot camera for $600.00. I decided to buy that over a DSLR, because of the price. Now I have come to the realization that it would have been in my best interest to have bought a DSLR then. My Canon xsi cost me a couple hundred dollars more than the point and shoot, because of the accessories I also bought. It is not even fair to compare the quality of the photos from one camera to the next, even though they are very close in price. Canon = Quality. I wish I had bought a DSLR years ago. This is an awesome entry level DSLR camera for novices like myself. If I kill this camera, I'm getting another one!
