Fuzzy Photos

My Canon 10D has been to Irvine CA. about 9 times for repairs.
The photos are very poor!!! I have spent hours on the phone with Canon and have gotten no where with them.
I have sent the camera with the lens as they requested, still get very fuzzy photos.
I was told to send the camera to Canon Engineering it was there 2 times, still fuzzy photos!!!
When I got the 10D back from Canon Engineering they sent back fuzzy photos on a CD and they said they where good photos.
The camera was set for the timer and they must have been using a tripod and could not get any good photos out of it. It looks like I got stuck with a very high priced paper weight. If you buy a Canon Camera you better hope that it works because they can not repair or replace them.
