Always Broken

( - 8/1/05)

My canon failed after 2 weeks. I sent it to be repaired, and they tried to charge me! It failed again soon after, and they clain they "lost my paperwork." And now, it's completely dead. Don't risk spending so much on a product with such poor factory support.
