why did the photos doesn't came on the computer either we installed the given software?

I'm not really sure what you're saying here, but I think I can offer a few tips - 1) take your memory card out and use a USB memory card reader. You plug the card into the reader and your PC will read it like a hard drive. Then you can easily drag and drop your photos onto your desktop. b) Get Google's Picasa. it's free and is one of the best photo management tools around for your PC.

Most included software packages are usually not that good.

I second the above comment. Buy a card reader and use it via your computer USB connection. It is a simple device and easy to remove the memory card from your camera and place it in the reader. If you download Google's Picasa (for free) you will be able to hit the "Import" button and download part or all of your photos as desired. This will totally solve your problem. Also I recommend using your camera to do the "erasing" (formatting) after you have downloaded the images into your computer because using your computer to format the card sometimes makes the camera no longer able to use the card (= very bad).
