I am going to oder the a2000 but I would like to know if I can get an upgrade on the merory card / and how much

Well, you can get another memory card. And you should. Any memory card can fail or become corrupted. And when you're on vacation the last thing you want is to lose the opportunity to take pictures until you can recover that media card with a software utility. If your card goes bad, swapping another one for it at that moment is of advantage so you can keep taking pics. Then, later when you're in front of your PC, you can use a utility like "F-Recovery" to get back your pictures and recover your card.

No need to lose the moment because you relied on one card one when several can solve that problem.

But to "upgrade" the existing card is probably a call of the company you're ordering it from.

I recommend a USB memory card reader over connecting the camera directly. Place your memory card into it. Then all you need to do is insert the SD card (your PC will recognize it as another drive), and then simply drag and drop wherever you want.

Once you have your picture onto your PC, then you can simply attach it to any email you wish to send out.

i am undicided between the cannon sx200 and the canon a2000. i own a canon with a 3 x zoom and want to upgrade. after reading reviews i am still confused as to which one to buy. i know there is a big price difference but that does not come into play.
