NO. Micro SD cards are not usable (in any cameras I can think of, for that matter). It can use SDHC cards.. just don't go shoving micro SDHC's in there :)

Will a micro SD using an SD adapter work, according to Transcend - Transcend's microSD card can also be used in regular SD memory card slots by combining the card with its provided adapter, thus ensuring that the microSD card can be used in all compliant SD card devices. - I am trying to go just to 1 format type card for all my needs, thus allowing me to move from my Blackberry to a camera when it comes to external media via this idea

I see. Well, yes, if you want to buy the more expensive micro SD cards, just to buy an adapter the size of an SD card that's cheaper and faster in the first place... sure, you can do that. I'm not sure why, because you'll need a memory card in each of your electronics, and any card reader (most computers already have it built in) will read both forms.

But whatever your reasoning is, sure, if the adapter allows the micro SD card to function as an SD card, I don't see why not. The electronics will never know the difference.
