You can't. Saltwater to electronics is like kryptonite to Superman. It's bricked, my friend. Time to get a new camera.

The fact is that its electronics continues to work - the camera is functioning, but the shutters can be open only manually.

You're lucky then. The salt water may have started corrosion on the mechanism which controls it opening up and preventing it from opening automatically. You'll probably have to deal with it or have it serviced. You can try blowing it out with canned air. That may help. But I can tell you this, it may end up getting worse if you ignore it.
