hi! i need help my camera the lens is out and theres no power wont turn on battieres are good wont power up any ideas? Thanks

Try cleaning your battery contacts with a pencil eraser. Contacts can become dirty and that can cause the battery power to be interrupted. Then again, so can condensation. If you live in a humid area or suspect condensation in your camera, you can place the camera in ziplock bag with a half cup of uncooked rice. The rice will act as a desiccant and draw the moisture out of the camera.

Absent that, are you sure the batteries are good? They may be underpowered. Cameras really need batteries with an mAh of at least 2500 to operate properly. That means high powered alkalines or rechargable batteries that have that capacity.
