Annoying Problem

One initial annoyance is that the software that comes with the camera (Zoom Browser) is incompatible with QuickTime version 7. In order to launch movies from within Zoom Browser, you have to use version 6 of Quick Time, but this would prevent you from using ITunes, which requires version 7 of QuickTime. If you use Version 7 of Quicktime, the only way to view movies is by clicking the movie's file name in Explorer and associating it with a different player, such as Windows Media. The problem with this is that you can't see what the movie is, you just have to know the file name.

I spent a half hour on the phone with customer support to get them to confirm the incompatibility of Quicktime v7 and Zoom Browser, and they have no plans for a patch.
