frustrated owner

I love the quality of the pictures and the ease of use, but I too have been having problems with the E16 error. No one seems to know what it is. Sometimes the camera will start working again, but this last time the error message appeared, none of the old tricks worked. It's out of commission and looks like it will be about a $130 repair. Not happy.
