Help! I accidentally "formatted" my SD disk and cleared over 150 photos.

Any recommendations on best recovery software for canon a620? Is this possible? Will the resolution be the same?

No worries. There are many photo recovery utilities out there to help you retrieve a deleted file. You can use a utility like "F-Recovery" to get back your pictures quite easily. Just do a google search and you're in business.
