can the Canon A620 be used as a web cam?

I read a review which stated it could be used as a web cam but can not find any info on this.

This question has replies but the author has not yet indicated whether it's answered after a long time. Can you answer the question, or post a clarifying follow-up?

This camera is not designed to use as a web cam. It means that Canon does not offer any special driver for web cam purpose. There are some third party programs that might be able to make this camera usable as a live stream cam. Like PSRemote for example. But it would be too costly and time consuming to even try.
