which camera has got 1cm or 2cm macros function with 6 0r 7 megapixcels and 6x optical zoom

The Canon Powershot A700 should work; it has 6 megapixels, 6x optical zoom and (I think) 1cm macro mode.

are you sure that it has a 1cm macro.any confirmation.any aidea about the price

Here is what I found that mentions the macro:

-scroll down to the big gray box that lists all the specs, it says Macro AF= 1-55 cm in the Shooting Distance box.

1 cm is equivalent to .39 inches, and I also found this link and this link that refer to the macro as .4 inches.

For price, on our reviews page for it WildDigital.com has it as low as $328.00 while Amazon has it for $385.85.
