what is the up limit of a CF card can be used on A70

I wanna enhance the memory size of CF card so may I take any CF card suchs as 1 or 2 GB of a different brand

Yes, the A70 will accept up to 2GB CF cards. Stick with Canon, Lexar or Kingston. You should be able to get a 100x or better speed card for a good price these days.
