I can't take any photos

When I try to take pictures, i don't see anything.the screen is balnk. I checked the flash card, using it in a different camera and it's working.
Please help me to find the problem

My friend and myself bought two cameras 2 years back and eventually they both are showing the same signs for one month now. When I chekced the Canon site they are advicing to take it to the service centre. IT looks like a common problem to A75
