I have a power shot A75 canon it will not turn on

i turned it on with out the memory card in it it said no memory card i put one in and now it will not turn on i also replaced the batteries any Help?

If it stopped turning on when you put the memory card in, I wonder if it's a compatible memory card? Maybe it's not the right one to use and so the camera is not functioning properly because it's trying to read it.

it was the right one i had just taken it to the store to have the pictures made off then when i came home i forgot to put it back in that is when i got the message.so i put the card in and it shut off and now it will not turn back on.

Unfortunately I'm not sure... the memory card thing might have just been a coincidence, it sounds like. You will most likely have to call Canon's customer support. I've dealt with them in the past and they were really good at going thru various steps with me to troubleshoot the camera, so that is probably a good thing for you to do. Sorry I can't be of more help.
