WHAT MODEL IS COMPARABLE TO THE PS A75

Canon is trying to change my A75 for other model camera, because they said it can be repaired or else, so they try to exchange the A75 by a A540 but I refuse and now they said if I could accept a A610 model. I'm looking for something equally god in features and price

Hi Shedi,

The A610 is by far a better camera than your A75, and should be instantly usable for you since the layout of the controls and menus will be very similar. It's actually the successor to the A95, the A75's bigger brother. The A540 is newer, and adds an additional megapixel, but it's also got a smaller imaging sensor which means that at higher ISO settings and in lower light the picture quality is inferior to the A610's. The A610 also has a nice flip out and swivel LCD screen (2"), which is a big improvement on the fixed screens of the A540 and A75. Users also seem to prefer it over both the A540 and the A75.

Thanks a lot Ben, I revised the specifications for the A610 and even though IÃÂ´m not a professional in photography I decided to accept this model in exchange for my A75, but thanks, thanks a lot for your professional advice. And sorry if my english itÃÂ´s not perfect.
