This question has replies but the author has not yet indicated whether it's answered after a long time. Can you answer the question, or post a clarifying follow-up?

Try formatting your card through the menu in the camera. If this doesn't work try resetting your camera. If neither of these work, try another memory card and see if you get the same error, this could be due to a defective memory card as well.
