Best Camera I've ever owned

This is the first prosumer camera I've ever owned. The flip out LCD screen looked a little silly initially, but I've found it to be one of the most useful features of this camera. I can take shots at angles I could never achieve with a stand SLR or small pocket camera. The image quality is incredible, and this has been substantiated again and again by others that have viewed the photos I recently took in Nelson, Canada. The colors and clarity are truly impressive. I recently also bought a Canon Rebel XT, but so far don't think that it's picture quality rivals that of the G6, at least with the standard lens that comes with the kit. Time will tell. If you are hesitating or confused about committing to a camera, relax and focus on this one. It is truly a wonderful tool.
