my camera gives the massage "error lense start you camera"

when i turn on the camera the lens does not come out and the black screen displayed this message" ERROR LENSES,PLEASE RESTART THE CAMERA". I tried many times to without succeeding.

Have you recently dropped it? It could be that your lens is slightly out of alignment. Or, often it can be that you're using underpowered batteries. Underpowered batteries will cause lens errors. So use batts with an mAh of at least 2500.
