what is the highest resolution on this camera--i looked at the options, but they were confusing.......?

i'm using the canon S3 IS---and want to reproduce prints that are 18 x18 or bigger.

That's going to be pushing it, I think. And 8x10, sure. You may be able to get an 11x14. Butwith just 6MP, you'll be pushing it severely. For that large a print, you'll want about 9MP. I'd recommend the SX10.
