I want to buy a canon Powershot s45. My friend has an underwater casing for it and i broke his camera. Help!!!

Search on eBay.com under "canon s45 digital camera". You will find several used s45's for sale. You will have to convince them to ship internationally by clicking on the "Ask seller a question" button and send them a message explaining that you are willing to pay shipping from USA to South Africa (It will be expensive). Sometimes no one bids against you and you can obtain a bargain.

If you use eBay, make sure that you bid on an item where the seller is willing to ship to South Africa. Good luck to you.
