what compact sized cameras for photo and video with microphone are available with underwater cases?

it must utilize standard sd memory cards and cost for both camera and waterproof cases under $400.
the waterproof case must be water tight for at least 120 feet and allow all camera functions underwater.

I found a recommendation for the Canon S45 and its waterproof case the case WP-DC300.

It's an older camera, so you can find it cheap either refurbished or used on EBay; and the housing costs less than $200.
