second piece of crap from canon

I got a "refurbished" model from canon after my first camera, the S45, crapped out on me. I paid $250 to upgrade to this camera (because I was one month past the 1 year warranty, they made me pay to fix their poor quality). Well now the S50 crapped out on me 11 months later. Basically two canon cameras both died on average one year after purchase. Don't waste your money. Pictures and features are great, but durability and reliability get a big fat "F". I learned my lesson and switched to a Sony.
