MY POWERSHOT S50 NOT POWERING UP.

MY CANON POWERSHOT S50 JUST STOPPED WORKING! I HAVE INSTALLED A BRAND NEW BATTERY PACK, AND STILL NOTHING.
ANY SUGESTIONS?
I WAS TOLD THERE MAYBE ANOTHER SMALL BATTERY SOMEWHERE IN THE CAMERA, BUT I CANT FIND IT.
HELP!!

According to Canon, this indicates that your camera may need servicing. Absent that, you may have an underpowered/defective battery pack.
