THe camera wont recognize that the lens cover is open. What should I do to fix it?

Hi Max,
Can you tell us exactly what the camera is doing? Are you getting an error message, a black screen, etc?

The cover has a switch mounted on the back side to sense the position.
You might look for a small object or some dirt in the cover. Your goal is to try to open the cover just a little further. Good Luck !
