Which colour is the best?

What colour for the camera is the best, in terms of readability of the buttons, not personal preference?

All the colors are very light so I don't think there is much difference.

The SD1100 has good color. But one thing to keep in mind is that the color will change from your camera's LCD to the PC monitor to the printer. That's because they aren't calibrated to work in concert. As such, even if you think you have great color shot, when you print it, it may look washed out or disappointing. You can invest in a colorimeter to calibrate your monitor (they cost about less than $100 at Amazon) but to calibrate your printer, you will run into a few hundred dollar cost. This is one of the reasons I now advocate having prints done by a lab again.
