Upgrade to SD1100IS from SD1000??

GOt my Sd1000 about a year ago, still works fine. Would it be worth the $200 to upgrade to the SD1100IS for the optical image stabilization and the 1 extra mega pixel???

I don't think so. If you get into the habit of pre-focusing, you can cut shutter lag by about 80% and that will cut down on camera shake as you shoot the picture. As for that extra 1MP, you wouldn't see the difference until you reached a size over 8x10 and how often will that happen.

Wait until you're ready to upgrade to a completely new camera in another year or so. By then, they'll be better and cheaper.
