Easy and Fun

( - 1/9/06)

I own a DSLR and was looking around for something very compact and easy to use. I really didn't want to have to mess with settings or anything else like that, just something I could take out and play with whenever I was with friends and family. I really love this camera because it does just that. At 5 mega-pixels I can print 8x10s at resolutions higher than my printer can print and it's f/2.8 lense is nice. It has no optical zoom, and I turn the digital zoom off so I don't even zoom, I just take it and shoot, making it that much simpler. I get a retro feel with it because now everyone buys cameras with zooms and this takes be back when a 50mm fixed focal length lense was the standard.
