Purple fringing, A little blurriness in photos a lot of the time... Too bad. I would have kept it otherwise.
( - 7/13/05)Too bad the pictures are a little blurry most of the time, and that you get that heaven-like purple fringing around bright-white objects or lights. Otherwise, the movie mode is great, the feel is the best on the market, and is quick quick quick. I think I'm going to return mine and go for an S500. For another 100 bucks or so, I'll get better picture quality, and still be compact. Granted the screen is not as large as the SD300.
It should be a great camera for a point-and-shooter not obsessed with picture quality.
