my camera won't unload my photos to my computer

this has always worked for me before, and I can't find out the answer vrom my trouble shooting manual

Hi Dagmar,

Your question does not have enough information to give good enough advice. You might restart your computer and then reinstall the camera software. Should work after that.

I have tried to unload my pictures from a
walmart disk but no luck. I tried to unload
the pictures from my camera as I have always
done and it won't unload. I need to see the
plug in cord so I can see if I have the right one
plugged in. I do have an older camera and an
older computer.
